I am usually the first point of contact for the training service, so if you email or phone with a query, you're likely to speak to me. As well as advising customers, I organise the set up of all of our training - as well as ensuring everything continues to run smoothly.

As an employer myself for my sisters PAs I understand the importance of making sure training is in place. I also know the benefits like improving the quality of care and supporting the PAs' learning and development. As a result I find supporting other employers to access training for the their PAs really rewarding.
