News & Blog News Personalised support to finding employment If you would like to work but are finding it hard to get a job, the Routes team can support you on your journey into employment in West Sussex and Brighton & Hove. Routes is a free service in Worthing, Littlehampton, Bognor Regis, and Brighton & Hove which supports people who are unemployed to get into work. That may be through extra support with planning a direction, additional education, or focusing on training. If you join the service you will be allocated your own personal adviser who will support you throughout your journey. As a part of the service you may be entitled to: 1-2-1 support, tailored for the individual Help with creating a personal plan, designed to develop your skills and increase your chance of finding the right job for you A budget and resources to help with achieving your training, learning and job goals - whether you need to improve your computer skills, write a CV or work on your confidence Financial support for the important day-to-day practical stuff, like travel and childcare Once you join the project you will meet with your advisor every 2/3 weeks for 3-6 months.
