Get Yourself Active

Get Yourself Active is a national project aiming to help disabled people to take part in physical activities.

You will find information, resources and links to help you and those around you get active in West Sussex and Hampshire.
There is also guidance for social work and brokerage teams on how to include physical activity in support plans, and on using a Personal Budget to fund the activity.
Get Yourself Active is a partnership led by Disability Rights UK, funded by Sport England and delivered in West Sussex by Independent Lives.
