Thanks to the support and funding from Skills for Care, Independent Lives & Disabled People's Voice Hampshire are delighted to be able to offer some free training sessions to PAs and Individual employers.
The training will be help at various locations across West Sussex and Hampshire covering classroom training in Medication level 1&2, Manual Handling & Basic First Aid. Each attendee on the training will receive a free training workbook in Infection Control and Safeguarding Adults.

Skills for Care has funded this first aid training for Personal Assistants, so you can attend for no cost to you or your employer. There are also paid-for places for other care and support workers.
Manual handling training has plenty of practical demonstrations and opportunities to join in. It's suitable for those just starting out in a role where moving people is required, or for those looking for a refresher.
This training is aimed at Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Personal Assistants who need to understand administering and managing medication.
