Manual Handling, Introduction to First Aid, Infection Control and Medication 1 & 2 are delivered by TrainerQuals Level 3 accredited trainers and we offer a free accompanying Care Certificate workbook worth £35 when you book multiple places on a training session.
Late Arrivals & Cancellations
We understand that at times it can be difficult to get to training on time due to unforeseen events and for that reason, we offer a 10 minute window after the course start time for exceptional situations. This is to ensure you do not miss any key information once the training has started and to minimise delay and disruption to other learners.
If you believe your estimated time of arrival will be more than 10 minutes after the start time, please contact us on 01903 219482 and we will be more than happy to rearrange the training for another date. Please note: The training place is non-refundable so delegates who arrive late will be welcome to book for another day but will need to pay again at the same delegate rate.
If you need to change the date of a session, or cancel, we require at least 5 working days’ notice (defined as Monday – Friday)
If the training is cancelled:

Manual handling training has plenty of practical demonstrations and opportunities to join in. It's suitable for those just starting out in a role where moving people is required, or for those looking for a refresher.
This training is aimed at Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Personal Assistants who need to understand administering and managing medication.
This training session will provide a thorough overview of basic first aid. It's based in a classroom in our office in Worthing - and as well as demonstrations, there will be opportunities to join in and practise.
Skills for Care has funded this first aid training for Personal Assistants, so you can attend for no cost to you or your employer. There are also paid-for places for other care and support workers.
Our infection control training is a critical session for Support Workers, Personal Care Assistants and Healthcare Assistants alike.
