Job Title: Bank Female Support Workers
Location:  Bognor/Pagham area          
Hourly rate: Weekend £11 per hour.
Weekend Night Shift £96
Weekday £9.50p/h and Weekday Night Shift: £94

Hours/shifts: To cover Early 8am-2pm, late 2pm – 8pm, night 8pm – 8am as needed. Shifts come up regularly so please do apply.
• We are looking for someone with experience within the care sector, preferably experienced with challenging behaviours.
• To work with one lady in her own home.
• You should be reliable, enthusiastic, upbeat, & with a positive outlook.
•  Ideally gentle but firm nature, understanding, warm and friendly, have good attention to detail
• You will mainly be working on a one to one basis, but you must be a good team player.
• Ideally a car owner, but this is not essential.
• Predominantly this position is to cover holidays/sickness but we can offer one or two shifts a week to suit (6-12 hrs) if needed.
• The team covers 24 hrs so there is potential for regular cover work if you are able to be flexible.
Other Requirements

Successful applicants will be entitled to Holiday pay and will be issued employment contracts.
Typical duties
Domestic -        
Full up keep of 3 bedroom bungalow including, hoovering, polishing, sweeping and mopping of floors, laundry, ironing, garden maintenance, (mowing lawns/weeding-helpful, but not essential!) cooking.
Personal Care:  
Full personal care including, full body wash, menstrual cycle care, continence pads, wet shave, hair washing daily, skin care with creams and lotions.
To make sure all health care appointments are attended including doctors, dentists, clinical psychologist, eye test and blood test. Also to support the person with their social needs, personal shopping, walk along the beach, day out on a booked activity, to assist researching a meaningful activity and access the community to do activity.

Previous experience preferred but this is not as essential as a kind and common sense approach to these roles.
