Location: Upper Beeding / Hourly rate: £9 / Reference: DP5103


  • We are looking for a care assistant/Support worker to cover maternity leave
  • Flexibility is key in this role as our 6 year old son can have ups and downs with his health
  • Our son has severe multi-sensory impairments and is gastronomy tube fed
  • Previous experience of epilepsy and managing seizures is preferable
  • Our son is a very sensory person and as he is deaf and blind uses touch and feel to engage with others
  • Our son’s developmental age is around 9 months and therefore requires a lot of physical support.
  • This is a very physical role and will require a fit person to support our son


2pm-6pm, four days a week

A degree of flexibility will be required within these hours

Fixed term 6-9 months from January 2017 

Other Requirements

UK driving licence preferable

Access to own vehicle preferable

Other : Preferably non smoker

All applicants must be willing to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check
