Are you looking for care and support at home?

Our fully trained Care Support Workers can assist you with:

  • Personal care: including getting up and going to bed, dressing, washing and personal hygiene, and preparing drinks and meals.
  • Domestic tasks: including cleaning, laundry, ironing, changing beds and dish washing.
  • Community, social and leisure activities: including driving you to appointments and activities and assisting you to arrange additional services and support where required.
  • Specialised support: dementia care, mental health support, palliative care and respite care.

Independent Lives - Quality Care & Support (formerly known as Lend a Hand) is a social enterprise and all profits go towards funding and developing the charity Independent Lives. 

We will work with you to create a flexible, person centred support plan which meets all your needs and enables you to live independently in your own home and participate fully in your community. 

We have invested in the latest technology and training so you can trust our staff to be on time and correctly trained. We work under the latest legislation on safeguarding and our Care Support Workers have completed the Care Certificate.
