We organise an annual staff away day which everyone is invited to. It is a chance for everyone to get more involved in the organisations strategy but also it provides a great opportunity to spend time with colleagues, enjoy some fun activities and get a free lunch! We also organise Christmas parties, trips to the pub or fun nights out like bowling.
