Job Title: Carer/Personal Assistant
Location: Haywards Heath
Hourly rate: £10 per hour
Reference: GN7018
Hours/shifts: 4 hours per week on a Wednesday with the potential to cover live in care holidays and cover any sick days of permanent staff (this could be a single 24 hour period or 7 days as live-in).

Summary
•  I'm a 34 year old woman living in a town just north of Brighton. I have a spinal cord injury which means I need a full time live-in carer. I live with my partner and small dog within a short walking distance to Hayward’s Heath town and train station.
• I have two regular live in PAs working a two week on/off shift pattern, who assist me with my day to day living and personal care. I’m looking for someone to come in for 4 hours a week to assist with things such as cooking, light tidying and personal care (toileting or showering).
• When my main PAs take holiday or are off sick, I would need you to be able to cover. I appreciate that with annual leave this may not always be possible. For covering these periods there would be a higher rate of pay and you would have your own double bedroom whilst on shift.
• The ideal candidate will be reliable, local and understand the sensitive nature of supporting someone with care needs.
• This is a rewarding role with all professional training provided.
