Do you help care for a loved one or neighbour? At Independent Lives, we understand that finding time for yourself when you’re a carer isn’t always easy. That’s why our carers respite service is here to help.

Our aim at Independent Lives is to support you in your caring role and give you the time and space to be yourself.

Our trained staff and volunteers will work with you and the person you care for to put together a programme of activities that suit both you and the person you care for needs and interests.

We understand that at this time you might be anxious going out and understand your need to be cautious. We keep numbers low and follow a COVID-19 risk assessment. All staff wear a face mask and have had training to ensure that the activity is as safe as possible.
