HR Office Administrator
Salary: £13,332.80 per annum
Hours: 20 hours per week
Type of contract: Permanent
Location: Office based, Worthing, West Sussex
Reporting to: Head of HR and Central Services
Overview:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office and HR functions. This varied role includes general administration, document control, facilities coordination, and health & safety support.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about maintaining an efficient and welcoming workplace. Experience in administration is essential, with a background in HR or the charity/healthcare sector desirable.

Volunteer fundraising assistant
Salary: Voluntary role - reasonable expenses claimable
Hours: As required for events. 6-10 hours per month (when events are taking place)
Type of contract: Volunteer
Location: Worthing and events in the surrounding areas
Reporting to: Fundraising officer

Role Overview: As a Volunteer Fundraising Assistant, you will:

- Use your knowledge of Independent Lives to promote our services, engage with the public, and signpost families to the vital support we offer.
