Location: Eastleigh Hourly rate: ££9.50 an hour Reference: HCC6367

I am Autistic and have challenging behaviour which I need a lot of support to manage when I am out and about in the community.
I find certain situations difficult and can become angry quickly but with the right support I can manage to enjoy the things I like doing. I need to be listened to as I give you all the signs you need to react to how I am feeling so I can be diverted with distraction techniques to be able to continue activities.
I like to talk and don't like being ignored so you will need to be constantly aware of how I am feeling, I don't like shouting or loud noises that come unexpectantly but I make a lot of noises myself which is ok.
I have a good sense of humour, love music, bowling, cinema, swimming, trampolining and my Ipad but my mood changes quickly. Someone supporting me needs to be able to think quickly divert be constantly aware of surroundings and possible risks you will need to be calm and caring but firm and consistent.
I have 2:I support for my community activities one of these support roles has to be female for personal care that I require.
