GDPR & Employing PA's You may have heard about the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which comes into force on 25 May.GDPR is a new regulation governing the way you store and keep someone’s personal data. This means how you keep your Personal Assistant's (PA) personal data and information safe. So if you're an employer, there are things you'll need to be aware of.To help, we've created a factsheet of the things you need to think about if you employ PA's. We have also produced an Employee Privacy Notice so if you employ PAs, please issue this notice to your staff. Lastly, we've created a letter informing customers of their GDPR responsibilities.
