We are delighted to announce we have been awarded the contract to provide Care, Education and Treatment Reviews (CETRs) across the South East and South West of England, starting 1 June 2026.
What are CETRs?
Care, Education and Treatment Reviews (CETRs) are person-centred reviews designed to support autistic people and people with learning disabilities who are at risk of admission to, or are currently in hospitals or other specialist settings. These reviews bring together the individual, their family, carers, and professionals to develop a clear plan that helps people live fulfilling lives in their communities, close to the people who matter most to them.
CETRs play a crucial role in reducing unnecessary hospital admissions and supporting people to return to community-based settings where they can thrive, ensuring that the person’s voice remains at the heart of all decisions about their care and support.
A natural fit for Independent Lives
This contract aligns perfectly with our values and our commitment to enable disabled people to live independently and make their own choices. Our team brings extensive experience in person-centred working, and we understand the vital importance of listening to individuals and their families to create meaningful, sustainable support plans.
We’re thrilled to be taking on this important work and look forward to working collaboratively with individuals, families, NHS teams, and local authorities to deliver excellent outcomes for the people we’ll be working with.
