As a part of our ongoing effort to improve the service we deliver, we have identified that the way you access your rota could be better.

Many of you have already told us that receiving a paper-based rota isn't the best way for us to keep you updated with your support, and that it makes it difficult for you to keep up to date with any changes.

What's changing?

Going forward, all rotas will be available to view online, 24/7, at your convenience. All you need is an email address and access to the internet. We'll be in touch soon to get this arranged with you.

Your rota is now available on demand, 24/7

If you don't have internet access, don't worry, you'll still be able to access your rota. You can nominate a family member, friend, or anybody else to view rotas on your behalf. Your support worker will also be able to share this information with you.
