The EEA includes the EU countries and also Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. They may be able to stay in the UK without applying - for example, if they are an Irish citizen or have indefinite leave to remain. The EU Settlement Scheme is open now and they can apply now if they meet the criteria. The deadline for applying is 30 June 2021. It runs from Monday 05 October until Saturday 10 October, which coincides with World Mental Health day. All events will be run virtually due to COVID, and will either be available via ZOOM or livestreamed on the Worthing Mental Health Awareness Week. There’s a number of events across the week, including Q&As, mindfulness, opportunities to speak to various services including Samaritans and Citizens advice and many more.
