Can be flexible on days.Summary:My Adult son, loves his own space and being on his own, he needs help to break this habit. If he could, he would stay in his room all day. My son needs a lot of encouragement to get out, but once out he likes to burn off some energy in the park and he also enjoys travelling by car.My son loves all types of music, listening to it on his tablet (YouTube) and smart TV. The needs my son has means he requires support in many aspects of his daily life to help keep him comfortable, safe and to encourage independence. This also includes going to the supermarket and some light shopping.A PA who has experience and training with Autism is essential and preferably a driver with their own vehicle to go out and about. When out of the home PA support is needed on a 2:1 basis. Other Requirements • Non-smoker preferred or someone who is willing to refrain from smoking during work hours.• Must have a UK driving licence • Must have access to own vehicle All applicants must be willing to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service checkSuccessful applicants will be entitled to Holiday pay and will be issued employment contracts.
