Summary Description I am looking for a PA to look after my son, a 14 year old boy. He is happy, friendly and tactile and able bodied with severe learning difficulties but still able to communicate non-verbally.He enjoys going out and about and accessing leisure activities. He likes music.His dad will be your employerSome aspects of personal care will be required on occasions. He requires constant supervision when out and about.Sometimes his behaviour can be challenging. Typical duties Community Living Tasks: Accompanying and supervising me on shopping trips when requiredAccompany and supervising me when accessing social and leisure activities, including to swimming, soft play areas, park etc. Accompanying and supervising me to doctors/hospital appointments when requiredAccompanying and supervising me on occasional longer journeys such as going to the beach.Accompanying and supervising me on any other trips out eg to the garden centre, going to farms.Accompanying and supervising me to social meetings eg with friends, familyThe above duties will involve driving the employer in the PA’s car for which mileage will be paid.
