Job Title: Personal Assistant/ Support Worker
Location: Burgess Hill
Hourly rate: £8.91
Reference: DP16
Hours/shifts: To cover my support workers’ holidays.

Summary

Hi,
I am 51 years old, have severe Cerebral Palsy and a full time electric wheelchair user. Apart from that, I am absolutely fine!

I am very laid back; hence the wheelchair! I have speech difficulties but if you’re a good listener and patient then we’ll be fine.

I enjoy watching films and tv series, mostly through Netflix. I am an audiobook user and I listen via headphones so you don’t have to listen to scenes of graphic intensity or horror! I like going out, mostly when it’s warm and mainly to Brighton, to go along the front and to catch a film. I don’t have a car so we have to put up with public transport..

I am looking for someone to cover some of my support workers’ holidays. This could be for a few days or up to a week or so. I need 24 hour support.
