Hours/shifts: Saturdays: 6-8 hours during day + an additional 20-28 flexible hours per month after School, in the evening and at weekends as mutually agreed. Job Share considered - these shifts can be worked by one or more PA’s. Flexibility essential

Summary:

14 year old girl with learning difficulties, autism and anxiety requires patient, caring and fun-loving PA to support her socially.

You will be required to accompany her to access the local community, attend Clubs, go Shopping and on outings such as to the Cinema and Bowling, ensuring her safety at all times

Previous experience preferred but not essential

Typical duties

Social:       
• Accompanying child to access social and leisure activities as required outside of the home, such as attending Clubs, going Shopping, to the Cinema/Bowling
• Ensuring child’s safety at all times
• Supporting child to buy/consume meals, snacks and drinks as required
• Ensuring child accesses toilet facilities as required (no personal care involved)
• Any other reasonable tasks as required
