• I am a fun loving, happy, intuitive, kind and caring young woman in my 30s, I am always learning new things and exploring new opportunities.
• I need an enabling companion who can increase my independent living skills, especially cooking healthy wholefoods, physical exercise, personal self care, day to day household tasks, finance and budget, high level speech and language skills, computer skills, interactive skills, confidence building skills.
• I am very bright, have a great memory and am physically fit and able, although I occasionally need prompts with certain tasks. 
• I need a companion who has a positive, ‘can do’ approach to encouraging independence by increasing my practical daily skills as well as complex new skills, with patience, humour, empathy and warmth
• This could be a wonderful opportunity for the right person who is interested in being an enabler willing to learn about the latest techniques for wellbeing and self care rather than a traditional carer.

Typical duties
Domestic
• I need support in management of finance, cooking, household tasks, the computer and help with paperwork
• I need domestic support to increase my skills in cooking, safety awareness, and daily household chores
Personal Care
Some assistance with personal care will be required
Social
• I need to work with a companion to maintain a physical fitness routine to increase my overall health & wellbeing, someone who loves to walk and is fit through living a healthy lifestyle (food, walking in nature, meditation, yoga, a lover of community and empowering conversations)
• I need help to build confidence and self-esteem by empathic, fun conversations and skill building to increase my social awareness
• I need a companion who can encourage independence & is able to help me increase my vocabulary and confidence in complex social interactions, helping increase my social awareness skills, my financial skills, my physical skills, and my independence and self confidence
Person specification
• I am looking for someone who is similar minded to me, and is full of kindness, bubbliness, compassion, warmth and humour and who is an enabler and encourager of independence, including computer skills for job searches and support
• You must have the ability to reflect upon your own learning and abilities and to improve in the role as your awareness grows
• Can do attitude required!  I care deeply about people and kindness, and want to be with someone who is positive and boundaried
• It would be preferable if you have a range of experience and knowledge e.g in communication skills, health & well-being
• Sleepovers will be required from time to time
