Term time hours - Mon-Fri, 1 hour between 6.30-7.30am and 5.30-6.30pm. A job share is welcome for just mornings, afternoons or a mixture. School holidays can be a later morning start and will be mutually agreed. Summary: My son is bright with a good sense of humour, he enjoys gaming and sports. He is currently studying sports at college which he is really enjoying. He is thriving now that he is becoming more independent but needs some guidance to help organise himself and keep to time before and after college. He also needs some encouragement to tidy his room (let’s face it, what teenager does that without any prompting). An ideal candidate would be able to share his love for gaming and sports, and to help him grow in confidence and independence. Experience or training with teens with Autism would be preferable but not essential as training will be provided. Most importantly is the consistent attendance of the successful candidate.This is a rewarding and highly valued, keyworker role. An employment contract, paid holiday and training will be given to the successful post holder as an employee.This role could be supplementary to Income Support claim as the hours are below the allowance or could also be worked around another job.
