I have two children aged 9 years and 18 months and require support with my personal care, domestics tasks, meal preparation enabling me to live as independently as possible within my own home. Other Requirements: • Before engagement can commence, the self employed PA will have to complete HMRC’s employment status indicator tool with the engager to ensure that within this role, HMRC agree that they are self employed. In addition paperwork will need to be produced such as proof of public liability insurance, a current DBS check etc. A contract of services will also need to be provided. • "Exemption is claimed under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9." • Non-smoker preferred or someone who is willing to refrain from smoking during support hours.
