Salary: £19 380 annum plus additional on-call rate of £25

Hours: 35 hours per week - various shifts including alternate weekends

On-call hours: the Care Service operates an on call system between 6am and 12am. You will be required to be on call between 5pm to 12am & 6am to 9am at least twice a week.
