Summary • Lady in her early 60’s looking to employ a Social & Domestic Support Assistant• Employer is visually impaired and lives alone in her own home• Able to read e mails via support equipment• Suffers from severe stress and anxiety• Osteoarthritis in hips but physically able bodied on short walks• No personal care required• Require assistance to choose matching outfits• Require assistance with preparing healthy meals and freezing portions• Require assistance with general household tasks such as laundry, changing bedclothes, cleaning and tidying.• Would like support to assist with accessing local community and attending activities• Assistance with correspondence, filing, reading etc• Assistance with online shopping plus support with occasional shopping trips• Support with basic PC tasksEmployer regularly attends her local church and has a great interest in music, singing and piano. She has won a number of awards for singing/piano.
