Location: Worthing (Goring by Sea) The main base will be at the employer’s home
 Hourly rate:  £9.00 per hour during probationary period possible increase after 3 months.

Term Time - 34 hours weekly - Mon- Fri 7am – 10am
Mon,  Tue, Wed and Fri  - 2.15pm to 7pm
School holidays 30 hours a week
Mon, Thu &  Fri 7am – 7pm
Extra evenings shifts 6pm – 11pm   (are available can be disused at interview)

Post 2
Term Time 19 hours week
Tuesday & Friday 2.15pm  – 7pm
Alternate 2 Sunday and Saturdays  per month 9am -7pm (to be discussed at interview)

School holiday hours will be discussed at the interview process

• Are you fit, enthusiastic have a good sense of humour then this may be the position for you?
• You will be working in a family environment within a team of 5 Pas to support two young lads aged 15 and 16.
• Personal Assistants required to provide day to day care for both young lads who enjoy football, cinema, bowling, swimming.
• The role is to provide day to day care for the employer’s two sons and to help them with all activities of daily life, The day will involve:
• 7am – 8am, Personal Care, getting the boys washed, dressed and fed, ready for their school pickup
• 8am – 10am, Escorting the boys to school in the taxi alongside another carer and returning back to the employers home
• 2.15pm – 4.30pm, getting transport from employers home to the boys school and escorting them home
• 4.30pm – 7pm, entertaining the boys, getting them fed, washed and ready for bed

• Please note that you will be working alongside a young team of PAs to look after both children together. Although there may be some lone working on a one to one basis with one of the children.
• My other son speaks verbally and can use up to 3 word sentences. He is a mischievous character and will keep you on your toes. Both are wheelchair dependent lifting and handling involved in the position. Both boys will need a lot of assistance including during mealtimes assistants with eating.
Training available for the position.

• Must be comfortable with pets – 2 Dogs, Cats and Chicken
