Summary (Job example below)

I am a 19 year old able bodied woman living with my mother. I have Autism, ADHD, Anxiety and Social Communication Difficulties and would love to find someone to assist me to safely access my local community.

I do not have a great deal of confidence, particularly with people I do not know very well so it will take a while for me to gain a rapport with you as well as gain your trust.

I would really like some support to become more independent and confident as this would greatly improve my quality of life, give me more independence and allow me to access my local community and take part in activities that I find of interest.

I have a regular routine and require you to work with me in my home as well as accompanying me whilst we are out in the community.

I would like to partake in fitness activities. (Gym, swimming, ice skating, walking etc) I am keen to try out new activities and expand my interests but need someone to support and guide me. I would also like support with cooking/baking in my home so it would be ideal if you shared these interests so we could enjoy them together.

I would like to gain more confidence travelling on public transport but need your encouragement and support to be able to do.  Someone to assist me with better coping skills for my anxiety and improving my ability to interact with others will give me the freedom to participate in the things I enjoy.

Ideally, you will love animals, (I have a cat that is very special to me) and enjoy keeping up to date with Soaps, Reality TV and Music.

This would be a very rewarding role for the right person. Could you be that person?
