Join Independent Lives at the UK’s one & only disability sports series for the Everyday Superhero.
The Superhero Tri is the UK’s biggest fully inclusive sporting event, designed specifically for people with disabilities.
Whether you want to take on the challenge solo or team up with your family and friends, there’s a place for every hero in this unique event. Everyone is welcome to take part, as long as all solo participants & at least one team member considers themselves to have a disability of any kind.

- Support Independent Lives & Make a Difference! Every superhero’s effort helps raise vital funds for Independent Lives, empowering disabled people to live independently and access the support they need. Your participation directly changes lives!

The Superhero Triathlon is a fun, fully accessible, and inclusive event, forming part of the UK’s only disability sport series. Whether you’re looking for a challenge or just a fun day out, this event is for you. With three different distances to choose from, you can set your own challenge and complete it your way.
