Why is this event so super?

The Superhero Tri is the UK’s biggest fully inclusive sporting event, designed specifically for people with disabilities.

Grab your cape & tinsel for a super fun day out. Get your team together to run, walk, wheel or anything in between, around your chosen distance 1km, 5km or 10km!

Everyone is welcome to take part, as long as all solo participants & at least one team member considers themselves to have a disability of any kind.

Support Independent Lives & Make a Difference! Every superhero’s effort helps raise vital funds for Independent Lives, empowering disabled people to live independently and access the support they need. Your participation directly changes lives!

Enjoy a fun day out! Expect super carol singing, festive treats & plenty of interactive entertainment. There’ll be festive entertainment, (fake) snow & his mighty super-ness, Santa, may even make an appearance.
Starstruck? You’ll get a chance to meet a whole host of stars from sport & screen who will be joining the action!

The Superhero Triathlon is a fun, fully accessible, and inclusive event, forming part of the UK’s only disability sport series. Whether you’re looking for a challenge or just a fun day out, this event is for you.

With our exclusive partnership with Superhero Series, no superhero is left without a mission! If you can’t make it to this year’s live Winter Wonderwheels, don’t worry, you can still be involved

Take on a Virtual Challenge! Complete your mission from home from 8 – 23 November. Clock up your kms anywhere and anyway you wish.
You’ll be sent a Super Race Pack and your own unique link to log your super distances over the two weeks.
To stay super-motivated, watch your SUPER TEAM’S progress on the Super Leaderboard & Super World Map!
