Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Worthing
Hourly rate: £10
Reference: DP1420
Hours/shifts: Tuesday-Friday 2-6 with possible flexibility.

Summary
I am a young lady with epilepsy. I live with my mum and dog, so we are a fun bunch with a wacky sense of humour (and a doggo who loves everyone!) but we still have our days where we struggle.
I am looking for a kind and calm person who can assist/ help with; assisting me/ us when we need to go out and about, picking up shopping, general household help (including help with prepping dinners, phone calls, gardening etc…) and help to bounce new ideas.
The right candidate will need to have the initiative to think of how to help on days when I am unwell as well as understand that plans can often change because of the frequent unpredictability of my seizures. Having experience/ training in epilepsy is not necessary, however, the right candidate would need to feel comfortable enough and have quick thinking as my seizures are frequent. Everything will be explained about it during the interview. Also, because I can't drive, I am looking for someone who would feel comfortable with letting my dog be in the car with me on some days we go out, as I am training her to be my assistance dog. Dog seat covers and seat belt harness will be provided."
