DescriptionTypical dutiesDomestic - Social• Accompanying and assisting employer to access the community and leisure activities• Encouraging and motivating employer to go out and participate in activities• Support to manage money and public transport• Support and promote independence as much as possible• The employer is unable to walk far or stand for long, or use escalators, so the above duties will involve driving the employer in your car, lifting the folding wheelchair in/out of car, pushing the employer’s manual wheelchair when out and about.
