Support Worker DP3105 Job Title: Support WorkerLocation: WorthingHourly rate: £10Reference: DP3105 Hours/shifts: Minimum of 4 hours per week with the likelihood of more hours once the PA is familiar with the role. Summary I am an outgoing single mother and I am registered blind. I use a guide dog and have 4 children between the ages of 10 and 15. I require help in the home with domestic duties. I enjoy home cooking but am unable to do much of this due to my vision so someone who enjoys to cook or bake would be good. I have a small garden that requires some attention so an enjoyment in gardening (though limited to summer months) would be a bonus! I also require help with the children, though this is less now about bathing and dressing them as they are older and more about helping with homework tasks including art and reading material. I also require help out of the home – with the children as well as with me on my own. I enjoy going to evening events (comedy nights / theatre) but need someone with me as I am unable to get around unfamiliar venues well. I also need assistance with taking my guide dog, Es, to the park for her 'free run' a few times a week. To enable me to get out the successful candidate ideally should be able to drive.
