Late Arrivals & Cancellations

We understand that at times it can be difficult to get to training on time due to unforeseen events and for that reason, we offer a 10 minute window after the course start time for exceptional situations. This is to ensure you do not miss any key information once the training has started and to minimise delay and disruption to other learners.

If you believe your estimated time of arrival will be more than 10 minutes after the start time, please contact us on 01903 219482 and we will be more than happy to rearrange the training for another date.  Please note: The training place is non-refundable for paying delegates. Those who arrive late will be welcome to book for another day but will need to pay again at the same delegate rate.

If you need to change the date of a session, or cancel, we require at least 5 working days’ notice (defined as Monday – Friday)

If the training is cancelled:

  • more than 5 working days prior to the start, the customer will incur a charge of 30% of the full training cost to cover payment fees and administration
  • within 5 working days of the start, the customer will incur a charge of 50% of the full training cost  
  • on the day or we do not receive any notification of cancellation, the customer will incur charges amounting to the full cost of the training
