Role Overview:

As a Support Worker / Personal Assistant, you will:

• Support a customer to attend appointments and access their local community
• Provide companionship and build a trusting, consistent relationship
• Encourage independence and help develop simple daily routines
• Assist with organisation and light support within the home
• Promote wellbeing through gentle, person-centred support
