We’re looking for a PA Coordinator to join our Direct Payments team and help us build a strong, engaged network of Personal Assistants (PAs) who support our customers across Sussex.
Role Overview
As our PA Coordinator, you will:
- Build, manage and develop our database of Personal Assistants.
- Proactively recruit new PAs to meet the individual needs of Direct Payment customers.
- Attend community events, job fairs and outreach activities to promote PA opportunities.
- Act as the key link between PAs, customers and advisers, supporting smooth introductions and positive working relationships.
- Provide ongoing support, engagement and communication to our growing PA community.
- Ensure compliance with DBS, training and right‑to‑work checks.
This is a varied, people‑focused role where no two days are the same — ideal for someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about supporting others.
